Diabetes Test Card

The Comprehensive Diabetes Test Card covers: consultation that includes all the procedures required to check the vital signs for people with diabetes, in addition to a treatment plan under the direct supervision of a specialist doctor.

There are two grades of Cards:

Grade1 Card covers the following procedures:

•  A complete blood count (CBC)

• Blood glucose level

• the hemoglobin test

• ALT

• Creatine
  

• Uric Acid

• Cholesterol

• Triglyceride
  

• LDL

• Microalbuminuria
  

• TSH
  

• Urinalysis
  

• Counseling with a diabetes specialist.

Grade2 Card: covers a periodic diabetes test, every three months, including all the previous tests in addition to ECG.
