المسؤولية الاجتماعية.. أنشطة وفعاليات توعوية على مدار العام.
أطلق مركز دمر الطبي منذ تأسيسه برنامجا متكاملا للمسؤولية الاجتماعية، يتضمن حزمة من الأنشطة المتخصصة برعاية الطفولة، التوعية الصحية، وتعزيز الصحة المجتمعية.
برنامج رعاية الطفولة
إيماناً بأن الطفولة هي البذرة الأولى في تكوين المجتمعات، تم إطلاق برنامج رعاية الطفولة ضمن برنامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية
ليقدم مجموعة أنشطة بشكل دوري تعنى بمختلف جوانب الصحة الجسدية، العقلية، الاجتماعية والنفسية، بحيث تكون موجهة لمجموعتين: الأمهات بوصفهن جزء لا يمكن فصله عن صحة الطفل وتطوره، والأبناء باعتبارهم جوهر البرنامج ووجهته الأولى.
أهداف البرنامج:
- الحفاظ على الصحة ورفع سويتها بما يضمن للأطفال تطور ونمو سليم في مختلف جوانب الحياة.
- تقديم المساعدة والتأهيل الأسري للأمهات والآباء فيما يخص التربية والتواصل مع الأبناء، ضمن إطار المسؤولية الاجتماعية.
- تأمين خدمات طبية متكاملة تشمل الحالات الطارئة والإسعافية.
- دعم الصحة النفسية للطفل من خلال تقديم دورات تدريبية وورشات عمل للكادر التدريسي تتضمن االحالات الخاصة للأطفال وطرق التعامل معها.
- فحص واختبار سمع متكامل للأطفال في بداية العام الدراسي.
صيف ميديكا 2023
ضمن برنامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية، أطلق مركز دمر الطبي فعاليات صيف ميديكا
وتتضمن أنشطة ترفيهية وصحية تستهدف ترفيه وتوعية الأطفال خلال العطلة الصيفية، وزرع الابتسامة على وجوههم، وتقديم الاستشارات اللازمة.
زارنا أطفال مدرسة سوا برحلة تعليمية ترفيهية للتعرف على مهنة الطبيب، أدواته، والمهام التي يقوم بها.
وتضمنت الزيارة اختبار النظر للأطفال، جولة بين أقسام المركز، وأنشطة تفاعلية.
خدمات طبية متنقلة للمدارس
يقدم مركز دمر الطبي على مدار العام خدمات طبية متنقلة مخصصة للمدارس ضمن برنامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية،
تهدف إلى إجراء مجموعة من الفحوصات المتعلقة بالوزن، الطول، النمو، والصحة العامة للطفل، إضافة إلى القيام بمجموعة من الأنشطة الترفيهية.
خلال الصيف زار فريق مركز دمر الطبي مدرسة براعم الياسمين، وأبدى الأطفال حماساً كبيراً خلال مجموعة من الألعاب الترفيهية التفاعلية، وتضمنت الزيارة فحص عام للأطفال بإشراف اختصاصيّ أمراض الأطفال في المركز.
الأسبوع العالمي للعناية بالأسنان
بمناسبة الأسبوع العالمي للعناية بالأسنان أقام فريق مركز دمر الطبي خلال شهر أيار فعالية عامة في ساحة المركز،
تضمنت استشارات وفحوصات مجانية لأسنان الأطفال بإشراف نخبة من أطباء مركز دمر الطبي
إضافة إلى أنشطة ترفيهية، رسومات، وألعاب ترفيهية للأطفال.
وفي حزيران شهد مركز دمر الطبي فعالية عامة تضمنت استشارات ليزر من قسم التجميل، استشارات، فحوصات أسنان مجانية للصغار والكبار
فحص النمو للأطفال ، قياس مؤشرات الجسم، فحوصات BMI، وألعاب ممتعة للأطفال.
أنشطة التوعية الصحية
نحو مجتمع متماسك قادر على مواجهة مختلف الظروف بقوة فكرية ونفسية يقدم مركز دمر الطبي أنشطة توعية صحية، ومساحة تعليمية لتعزيز الثقافة الصحية في المجتمع.
وتتضمن الأنشطة مجموعة ورشات توعوية، إضافة لمحتوى توعوي عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي
غني بمعلومات طبية، أهم الممارسات الصحية المتعلقة بمختلف الأمراض، العلاجات، التقنيات الحديثة، والأنظمة الغذائية المناسبة.
ورشة للعناية بصحة المرأة
استعداداً لمرحلة عمرية جديدة أكثر نضج وتوازن، وبهدف نشر ثقافة العناية بصحة المرأة ما بعد سن الأربعين،
أقام مركز دمر الطبي ضمن برنامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية، ورشة علمية بمشاركة أطباء، ومختصين، وتضمنت محاور الورشة العلمية النقاط التالية:
- سن الأربعين، وتطورات جسم الأنثى وكيفية التعامل معها.
- التغذية السليمة، وقياس مؤشرات الجسم BMI .
- العناية بالبشرة والحديث عن أهم الإجراءات التجميلية.
جودة الرعاية الصحية
يشير مفهوم جودة الرعاية الصحية إلى مدى تحقق النتائج الصحية المرجوة من خدمات الرعاية الصحية المقدمة للأشخاص، ومدى توافقها مع المبادئ المهنية.
ويسعى المركز بشكل مستمر لتبادل الخبرات مع المؤسسات الأكاديمية والمهنية الصحية، وإقامة النشاطات والفعاليات المشتركة لرفع سوية العمل الصحي.
وفي إطار ذلك زار فريق من المعهد العالي للتخطيط الإقليمي مركز دمر الطبي
وتضمنت الزيارة شرحاً عن المركز، تفاصيل تطبيق مواصفة الآيزو9001، انعكاسها على تطوير العمل
قياس كفاءة الأداء التنفيذي لكافة الأقسام، وتحليل درجة رضا عملاء المركز.
برنامج المسؤولية الاجتماعية في مركز دمر الطبي هز جزء لا يتجزأ من الأسس الصحيحية لبناء المجمتع. مستمر على مدار العام، ويقدم مساهمات في التنمية المستدامة الاجتماعية والاقتصادية
ويحرص على استهداف شرائح جديدة في فعالياته المتنوعة، وتقديم المزيد من الخدمات المتعلقة بالرعاية والثقافة الصحية.

Mobile Medical Services to al-Coral School
A team from Dummar Medical Center visited al-Coral School to provide medical services. That included examining the children’s general and oral health, as well as a dental examination. The team was headed by Dr. Balsam Maihoub, specialist in Pediatric Anemia and Pediatric Hematology, and Dr. Ahmad Jawish, MSc. in Pediatric Dentistry.
The visit is a part of the Child Care Program, and it also included a basic awareness-raising section about the optimal way to clean the teeth, and ways to protect them against diseases.
The Child Care Program offers many educational as well as recreational activities for children and their families, provides mobile medical services for schools, and it runs all year round.

“Mashael al-Sham School” in Dummar Medical Center
As part of a recreational and awareness-raising day on “Ibn al-Nafis and Ophthalmology” at Dummar Medical Center, the children of “Mashael al-Sham School” were introduced to nutritional foods, and how to maintain healthy eyes, in participation with Dr. Luna Barri, specialist ophthalmological diseases and surgeries.
The visit program also included recreational, interactive games for the children, in addition to a guided tour of the Center’s sections.

Increased Awareness with the “Hashtag Wardi” Workshops
Dummar Medical Center, in collaboration with the management of the Montessori School “Sawa”, held a workshop in Dummar Cultural Council with the title “Breast Care from childhood to adulthood”, under the supervision of Dr. Sana al-Abdul Rahim.
The workshop was attended by 250 students, representatives from the Syria Trust for Development, and the “Sawa” administration.
The workshop covered: breast self-examination, puberty, breast-feeding, breast care, prevention of breast cancer, medical facts and common misconception, and the optimal nutrition for maintaining health and preventing breast cancer.
During the event, a number of national and scientific figures were honored by the Sawa school administration. Donations of parents and students were also made to support the activities of the Syria Trust for Development and Human Welfare.

“Wardi” Reaches a New Segment of Beneficiaries
As a part of the “Wardi” Initiative, which was launched in early October, Dummar Medical Center in cooperation with the Syria Trust for Development –Deir Ali Manara, held a workshop about “early detection and breast health care,” with the esteemed Dr. Sana al-Abdul Rahim, specialist in general surgery and breast tumor and diseases.
The workshop was attended by over 300 women from different age groups, and it explored basic topics relating to ways of detecting breast tumors and how to treat them.
It is worth noting that “Wardi” is an annual initiative of Dummar Medical Center in collaboration with various health and women’s organizations and associations from all over the world aiming to raise awareness about early detection of breast cancer.

The Ministry of Tourism honors the Management of Dummar Medical Center
The Ministry of Tourism has honored the management of Dummar Medical Center, represented by the Director of the Center Eng. Natalia Haj Ibrahim. This came in recognition of the Center’s active role in providing high-quality medical services and supporting the Syrian medical tourism sector during the war years. The event took place in al-Assad Opera House with a number of Syrian institutions, companies, and dignitaries.

A “Sing for Love” Evening Concludes the Year 2018
Dummar Medical Center set up an evening celebrating the New Year, hosted by al-Farah Choir and sponsored by al-Shaabi Travel Agency and al-Wali Hotel, with the presence of Gifti, Lory Group Entertainment, Daily Cake and Moka al-Malki.
The evening program included group singing, various Disney items, interactive games and gifts for the children.
In coordination with the Syria Trust for Development, the proceeds of the event are dedicated to support war victims and the wounded.

Inauguration of the Gastrointestinal and Chest Endoscopy Section
Dummar Medical Center, under the patronage of Judex Group, inaugurated the Gastrointestinal and Chest Endoscopy Section, in the presence of Dr. Youssef al-Asaad, head of the Damascus Doctors’ Syndicate with other doctors in the related fields.
The event introduced the Endoscopy Section as well as the medical and technical work procedures, in addition to a detailed explanation of the features of the endoscopy group in the technical section.
The Endoscopy devices in the section are the latest technology in Syria and the world.

Awareness-raising Workshop on the risks of early marriage
As a part of the 16-day program of activities to combat violence against women, and in cooperation with the Syria Trust for Development – Dummar Community Manara, an awareness workshop was held on the risks of early marriage and the physical and psychological damage it leads to.
The workshop was led by Dr. Eyas Osman, gynecologist and surgeon from Dummar Medical Center. About 40 ladies of different age groups attended.
